Super Sensitive Pregnancy Test midstream
The test is based on the principle of the reaction of monoclonal antibodies with the hCG hormone. PINK Super Sensitive is one of the most sensitive midstream pregnancy tests: you can perform the test as early as 6 days from the moment of expected fertilization! Its function is to detect the hCG hormone in the urine. This hormone is produced by the pregnant woman’s body.
Most pregnancy tests detect hCG only when its concentration exceeds the typical value for a period of about two weeks after conception. PINK Super Sensitive Midstream Test detects the presence of hCG earlier.
Important for the pharmacist
PINK Super Sensitive is one of the most popular pregnancy tests among women. It is simple, hygienic and fast. The risk of false results is minimal.
The test result should not be affected by antibiotics, contraceptives or painkillers taken the previous day.
Patients who are repeated negative and do not have a period should be advised to see a doctor
Important for the patient
The test can be performed at any time of the day, but the most reliable is the measurement of hCG in the morning urine (especially if the pregnancy is very early). Morning urine has the highest concentration of hCG and the test will most effectively detect it in the morning.
The test tip should be immersed in the urine stream for at least 10 seconds. If you are unsure whether there is enough urine in your bladder to urinate for 10 seconds, it is better to collect the urine in a container and then immerse the tip of the test for 10 seconds.
